Jacob Schulte
Teacher
Jacob specializes in middle school education with a focus on STEM subjects. His engaging teaching style and dedication to student growth have made him a beloved figure in our school community. With a background in both traditional and innovative teaching methods, he creates an environment that challenges students while fostering their natural curiosity and love for learning.
Leslie Fister
Teacher
Leslie Fister brings 29 years of experience in education to Legacy Creators Academy, having served as both a classroom teacher and a Math and Reading Interventionist. Throughout her career, Leslie has been passionate about helping students build confidence, develop strong problem-solving skills, and discover that math can be engaging, meaningful, and fun. She looks forward to creating a positive learning environment and using best practices to help every student grow and achieve their goals. Outside of the classroom, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and their two energetic doodles. She also loves traveling, gardening, and listening to audiobooks.
Stacie Herr
Teacher
Stacie Herr has over 30 years of teaching experience in a variety of educational settings, including public schools, private schools, homeschool co-ops, and homeschooling. Mrs. Herr has a special passion for teaching reading and believes that every child can become a confident, capable reader with the right encouragement and instruction. Her classroom is filled with innovative, hands-on learning experiences that engage students, inspire curiosity, and build confidence. She is committed to creating a positive learning environment where every student feels valued, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Jennifer Bergmann
Teacher
Jennifer Bergmann has over 19 years of teaching experience, with a Bachelor's in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She has taught Early Childhood through Middle School, including Special Education and ESL. Outside teaching, Jennifer coaches soccer, volunteers with Girl Scouts, supports STL City Soccer and the Miami Dolphins, and enjoys family hiking trips with their Bulldog, Winnie.
Ryan Hill
Musical Education & Piano
A St. Charles native and cum laude Psychology grad from Mizzou, began music young—piano by ear, trumpet in school, then guitar and bass. He formed a band in 2017 and released an album in 2023. For three years, he's taught vocals, guitar, bass, drums, and keys at School of Rock, bringing energy, creativity, and a passion for learning to every lesson.
Master's Yoo & Kim
Martial Arts
Masters Yoo and Kim began Taekwondo at age seven and went on to join the World Taekwondo Federation Team, with Master Yoo becoming a World Champion in 2006. With over 20 years of teaching experience each and certifications from World Taekwondo Headquarters, they blend elite instruction with a focus on confidence, fun, and personal growth.
Kevin Groark
Soccer
Kevin Groark, a 2023 St. Louis Soccer Hall of Fame inductee, carries a family legacy of excellence in the sport. A former All-American and national champ at Florissant Valley and Sangamon State, he went on to win the NPSL Championship and Rookie of the Year with the St. Louis Ambush. Groark also played for the Steamers and Knights, later coaching with Scott Gallagher, Alton SC, and Missouri Rush—leaving a lasting mark on St. Louis soccer.
Travis Draper
Martial Arts
Travis Draper is a seasoned martial artist with an amateur record of 11-2 and a professional record of 5-2. A brown belt under Mike Roger and a proud RFA veteran, he brings deep experience to his coaching at top gyms including St. Charles MMA, Vaghi HQ, and Hitsquad O'Fallon. His teaching emphasizes technical skill, discipline, mental toughness, and sportsmanship, fostering a motivating environment where students can grow and thrive in their martial arts journey.
